Roasted Shallot with Truffle Oil
Truffle oil with chopped roasted shallot's is great in all pasta dishes. Brush over pork, chicken, and fish before grilling. Use as a finishing glaze or marinade with steaks and chops. Toss over roasted red potatoes and use as a salad dressing.
